I have created Meluk Kulturmanagement on the basis of a long career as a manager in cultural organizations.

Throughout my career, I have led projects that have been positioned with great recognition in the cultural sector. I like to form teams that obtain results with high-quality standards in all lines of work: cultural, social, and administrative.

I am passionate about structuring projects and combining their management with fieldwork, which allows me to experience the results.  I believe in the capacity of art as a tool that contributes to the construction of citizenship.

I have been director of the Musical Studies Career at the Universidad Javeriana, Musical Coordinator of the National Symphony Orchestra of Colombia, Executive Director of the Salvi Foundation and the International Music Festival of Cartagena, Programming Director of the Teatro Mayor, and General Director of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Bogota.
